Restaurant App Development and Custom Software, Built Around Your Operation
Guest apps, reservations, host stand, server tablets, and kitchen screens, built from a walkthrough of your service and running alongside the POS you already have.
Restaurant app development that starts on your floor
Our restaurant app development begins with your service. We walk through a full night with you, from the first reservation call to the last check. Then we build the screens your people need, including guest and member apps, staff portals, and admin tools.
Your custom restaurant software works alongside your POS. The POS keeps ringing in orders and taking payments, and the tools we build cover everything around it: who's coming tonight, where they'll sit, what they're allergic to, and how the kitchen is pacing.
We do the work. You guide the process. Nothing goes live until you approve it.
A host stand that sees the whole night
Your host works the hardest spot in the building on a Friday night. We give them a live floor map with table status, a waitlist that quotes real waits, and ranked seat suggestions, so the next party gets the right table without a huddle at the stand.
- Tables that combine, plus a slider to preview later tonight
- Live wait quotes and one-tap table-ready texts for walk-ins
- Returning guests recognized by phone number
- Server sections, rest time between seatings, and caps on covers per 15 minutes
- A daily report on how accurate the wait quotes were

Reservations and guest apps that give every request a clear answer
Guests and members book on the web or on their phone. Full time slots show as unavailable, and every request ends somewhere clear: confirmed, offered an alternative, waitlisted, or held for your team to review.
- Booking windows that can differ by membership tier or guest type
- An automatic waitlist that offers a freed-up table to the next party, then moves down the line
- Reminder emails on your schedule, never overnight, in wording your managers can edit
- Event RSVPs, messages to your team, and service requests in the same app

Every server walks up already knowing the table
The moment a party is seated, the server's tablet shows a brief with allergies first, then preferences, birthdays, and recent visits. Notes taken at the table save to the guest's file, so the next server knows too.
- A guest memory file with allergies, likes, birthdays, visits, and server notes, rebuilt every night
- A shift plan that assigns the day's bookings to tables, with pre-shift, mid-shift, and checkout views and a printed day sheet
- Server checkout with side work, plus a manager board for cutting staff and sending people home

A kitchen screen that shows BOH the pace of the room
A clock runs on every seated table, allergies show at the table, arrivals due are on screen, and a pacing line shows expo how the night is tracking. There's a full-screen display mode, and behind it sit pacing analysis, an allergen-filtered menu, and station prep sheets.

The back office your managers keep asking for
The pieces that keep a restaurant running between services, built into the same system.
Staff portals
One login per hire for the operations app and the training academy. Offboarding cuts access immediately.
Admin tools
A careers pipeline with an electronic job application, house rules for turn times by season and party size, message templates, per-user access, and audit logs.
Texting
Table-ready texts for walk-ins, and each person's schedule texted when a manager publishes the week.
Outside services
Connections to the services you rely on. At a private dining club in Vail, Colorado, rides book straight into the local car service's dispatch system with live status.
Reporting
Turn times, wait-quote accuracy, a nightly service rollup, scheduled email reports, and an audit email for every booking.
Practice mode
A full practice simulator with sample guests, so new staff learn the system without touching a real reservation.
About seven months, from first line of code to opening
For a private dining club in Vail, Colorado, we wrote the first line of code in April 2026 and built everything for the club's November 2026 opening. The public website was live within the first month.
Along the way we built a member app for the web and mobile, reservations with booking windows by membership tier, an automatic waitlist, a host stand with a live map of 38 tables, server tablets, a kitchen screen, scheduling, a training academy, and an admin portal. That's 102 app screens across six web properties, and the operations tools run alongside the club's POS.
